When attempting to Close the Configuration screen in iStore the following error occurs.


The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occured. Please try again later.
If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.

1. Access iStore and log in

2. Once logged in > Shop Product Catalog

3. Select the Product Configuration > Click on the Configure/Customize Button

4. Since there’s nothing to change on the item > Click on Finish and Close

The following error message will occur :-
