ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The supply chain cost rollup -no report program is running for around 30 mins for single assembly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the supply chain cost rollup to complete in shorter time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the Supply Chain Cost Rollup - No Report for single assembly
2. Observe that the program takes long time to complete.
3. Review the log file
