STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create line Repair order-Logistic lines-Receive Item to be repaired
2. Create Repair job with item A, added 2 items B and C in repair estimate. Issued A and B for repair and completed the job.
3. After job completion when user verified the WIP value summary, the cost of item C was also considered in the 'Cost Relieved' resulting negative net activity.
