Unable To Add Internal Location And/Or Internal Organization In Customer Record (Doc ID 1480853.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Attempting to select values for Internal Location or Internal Organization and receive the following error:

ERROR

Internal location - Select a valid value
Internal Organization - Select a valid value

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query a customer that has one Site with a Bill To and Ship To
1. Go to Account Details
2. Go to Site Details
3. Go to Business Purposes Tab
4. Go to Site Details
5. Select an Internal Location and Internal Organization which are already defined
6. Select LOV on the Internal Location field and try to select a value using the select button or using the Quick select.
No values are selected.
Same issue with the field Internal Organization.

If try to manually input valid values into the field, the error occurs.
