Symptoms

Unable to reclass an asset as error is thrown:

APP-OFA-48397: Program exited with errors
Error: Amount cleared 0 does not equal amount inserted 17201.04; cannot create balanced journal entries

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator

Error: function FA_DISTRIBUTION_PVT.do_distribution returned failure

Error: function fa_reclass_pvt.do_reclass returned failure

Error: function FA_RECLASS_PUB.do_reclass returned failure
