Symptoms

When clicking the Item Number field in WebADI for Trade Management the following error is displayed:
Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException - Cannot execute SQL Statement.
Cause: A low level API call failed.
Action: Please note this error to your support representative.
Statement: SELECT INVENTORY_ITEM_ID,CONCATENATED_SEGMENTS,DESCRIPTION FROM MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_VL WHERE ORGANIZATION_ID = ORDER BY 2
