Symptoms
Some XLA accounting events were found missing during the process of COGS recognition.
There were almost 500 transactions where the Inv_sub_ledger_id was populated in mtl_transaction_accounts but no records in xla_distribution_links. And also, no records in xla_events, xla_ae_headers, lines etc.
