Symptoms
In Oracle iSupplier Portal, Release 12.1.3, an error occurs when clicking the Intelligence tab from the iSupplier Portal home page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using the iSupplier Portal Full Access responsibility.
2. From the iSupplier Portal home page, click the Intelligence tab.
3. On the resulting Supplier Management page, the error message information appears throughout the various regions of the page.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot utilize the Intelligence features from Oracle iSupplier Portal.
