Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Registration and Onboarding
Cannot add supplier site due to error on FREIGHT_TERMS_LOOKUP_CODE is invalid Freight Terms Code is invalid.
ERROR
X Error
Address and Site Creation - Unable to create address and sites because of the following error when trying to create the site in operating unit [Operating Unit A]: [ FREIGHT_TERMS_LOOKUP_CODE is invalid Freight Terms Code is invalid].
Either resolve this issue and try again or deselect the operating unit with the error and continue. Note: any new address requires at least one site in order to be created.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Access Address book page for a supplier
2. Click on Manage Sites
3. Click on Create
4. Select Supplier a site
5. Click on Apply
6. Encounter the reported error
