Symptoms

On DEV and PROD: 12.0.6 version, Checkout and Order Placement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Salesrep assistance request notification does not have request reason code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect reason code to be there on the notification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore
2. Checkout
3. On the order submit page, press request sales assistance button and submit
4. Above action generates a notification to salesrep
5. Salesrep gets an email notification but it does not show the request reason.
