Unable to find Component with Absolute Reference Error when Accessing 'Applicants' or 'Individuals' Subtabs (Doc ID 1482845.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the 'Applicants' or 'Individuals' subtabs in iRecruitment, the following error occurs:

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/irc/candidateSearch/webui/CmAplSrchQueryRN.wer, XML Path = null. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Recruiter.
2. Click on iRecruitment Home.
3. Go to Candidates > Applicants or Candidates > Individuals.
