Cancel Sales Order Line Is Not Cancelling Purchase Requisition Line (Doc ID 1483311.1)

On 11.5.10

Cancel of the Sales Order Line is not cancelling the purchase requisition line.

Replication Steps:

1. Create the Drop Shipment Sales Order
2. This is created into a Purchase Requisition - which then becomes a Purchase Order
3. Cancel the Purchase Order - but choose to NOT cancel the backing requisition
4. Cancel the Sales Order line
5. Find that the requisition line was not cancelled and should have been cancelled
