Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to assign a SR task to the individual resources using Territories based on postal code, the following error occurs.

API Error (CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR
2. Assign customer with postcode
3. A Group is assigned to the SR ownership field
4. Task Tab
5. Task owner should go to individual resource in the Group but it doesn't
