FatalException: Too Many LCE Headers For component_id (Doc ID 1483374.1)

Goal

While trying to load a model configuration from Oracle Quoting, an error is dispalyed and the following exception was found in the log file:

oracle.apps.cz.runtime.FatalException: Too many LCE headers for component_id=XXXXXX and net_type=1
