Service - Order Management: Issue with Calculate Price Flag on Orders created from Depot Repair (Doc ID 1483537.1)

Symptoms

"Calculate Price flag" on Orders created from Depot Repair defaults to 'Freeze Price'.

Steps:

Set up the Service Activities with Calculate Price Flag = 'Partial Price'.

(R) Depot Repair
(N) Repair Orders
 - Create Repair Order for 'Repair and Return' type
 - Sales Order gets created and is displayed on Logistics lines.
 - Open the Order in Order Management
 => The 'Calculate Price Flag' in the Order Line is defaulted to 'Freeze Price'.

Same occurs when SR Charges are created directly from the Service Request form.

What is Working:

Sales Order created directly from Order Management has the correct Calculate Price Flag.

Business Impact:

Unable to add Freight charges to the Order.
