Unable To Approve OLM Enrollment Class Notifications (Doc ID 1484041.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Workflows and Notifications.

Unable to approve OLM enrollment class notification.

Function OTA_LEARNER_HOME_SS “&PApprovalMode=Y” does have the Y in parameter code.

When there is a notification in the Worklist  the manager clicks on it to open to review and approves, then the screen changes to a window that states:

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

ERROR
-----------------------
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on worklist notification- error is generated.
