ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) for the Return Portal and set a default value, the default value is not displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a new DFF in Descriptive Flexfield Setup:
  - Application = Depot Repair
  - In Global Data Elements, create a new segment
  - Title =  Return Attributes
  - Name = <SEG_EXAMPLE1>
  - Column = RETURN_ATTRIBUTE4
  - Value Set = HW_YES_NO_TBC
  - Default Type = Constant
  - Default Value = TBC
  - Required = Y
  - Enabled = Y
  - Displayed = Y
  - Set up the Value Set as well

  2. In Context Field Value, also create a new segment <SEG_EXAMPLE2>, with other values similar as above.

  3.  Depot Repair Manager => Returns Portal => Enter Returns Screen
      Select the Return Type.
Now both the DFF segements are displayed.
       - * SEG_EXAMPLE1 - Segment is visible with default value.
       - * SEG_EXAMPLE2 - Segment is visible but no default value.
