R12/CE: CEXCABMR When Attempting To Use NEXT Button The Following Note Appears: "Save Your Change Before Proceeding"

Goal
In the Cash Management form CEXCABMR, when attempting to use the NEXT button the following note occurs: "Save your change before proceeding"
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in CE Responsibility
2. in Bank statement and reconciliation navigation
3. query for bank statement
4. then click on lines button
5. select one line , and click on Available button
6. query all details check boxes
7. then from the result the NEXT button does not work
The next button was used to move to the next line of the selected statement
which allowed the user to match the statement line if it was shown on the
available transactions returned on the screen shown.
R12.1:
The issue is reported with file CEXCABMR.fmb version 120.194.12010000.61 and is fixed in the file version CEXCABMR.fmb 120.194.12010000.69 or higher
R12.2:
CEXCABMR : 12.0.259.12020000.50
