Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, AME Setup issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a new member to an Approval Management Engine (AME) Approval
Group,for any pending requisition notifications that are using this AME
Approval Group, approval list is generated incorrectly.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Approver lists should be generatedas expected.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. First, have requisition approval setup using AME and using AME Approval Groups to find the persons to route the requisitions to
2. Submit Requisitions for approval to approver(s)
3. Before the approvers respond, add a new member to the AME Approval Group that was used for creating the approval list in step 2 above.
4. Now the requester can see via the graphical approval display that this new approver added in step 3 is a new approver and also the approver can see the same. This is not correct.
