ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Processing Constraints have been defined to require a reason and history when the scheduled ship date is changed.
Users are able to change the scheduled ship date without the pop-up window requesting the reason appearing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pop-up window to appear so they are able to enter a reason code when they change the scheduled ship date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define processing constraint on scheduled ship date that requires reason and history
2. Change SSD on order, pop-up does not appear
