Goal

How do we report the costs for those employees who do not have "Healthcare Elements" in Oracle HR:

How do we load the amounts into W-2 Healthcare Coverage Box 12DD in the W-2 for them?

None of the COBRA costs are being processed through Payroll.  Employees paid 100% of the COBRA premium by sending in checks, then we enroll them in COBRA.
