No Results Are Returned when Querying on the Find Transactions Screen from Transaction Summary

Results are not returned when attempting to query from the Find Transactions form.
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions Summary
Input query criteria, for example Sales Order and Date
Click OK to execute the query
Due to this issue, users cannot view and process transactions on the Transactions Summary screen.
