SLA: Create Accounting Process Does Not Transfer Journal Entries to GL (Doc ID 1485323.1)

Symptoms

Create Accounting was run from the responsibility "Global SLA/Payroll Manager" but it failed due to ORA-01653. After fixing the error issue, Create Accounting was run again and it completed successfully but nothing has been transferred to GL.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

• Responsibility: Global SLA/Payroll Manager
• Navigation: Processes and Reports ==> Run ==> Single Request
• Name: Create Accounting
