Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An item whose customer_order_enabled_flag is set N can be selected from configurator and saved without giving any error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that an item with customer_order_enabled_flag is set N should be be visible for selection from Options window

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management super user
2. Enter order header and enter Model item
3. Click on configurator and Option windows opens
4. Select the Option class from LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can use the wrong configuration
