Symptoms

Posting intracompany journals in a secondary ledger fails with the following in the log file:
      PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpcjl() - ORA-01403: no data found

This occurs for a Secondary Ledger.  Functional currency of this ledger is JPY.
This ledger has a Journal level Reporting Currency assigned to it, for USD currency.
The journal contains multiple balancing segment values. None of the balancing segment values are assigned to a Legal Entity or the Ledger.   The Intracompany Accounts are set up properly.
