WML WIP Mass Load and Simulate Discrete Jobs form retuning error ORA-06508 (Doc ID 1486121.1)

Goal

Wip Mass Load Fails From MRP Planning Workbench failed with following error message:

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package wip_bomRoutingUtil_pvt Procedure explodeBOM

In Simulate Discrete Jobs similar error occurs:

ORA-06508. PL/SQL. Could not find program unit being called in Package wip_bomRoutingUtil_pvt Procedure explodeBOM in Package wip_bomRouting_pvt Procedure reexplodeJob
