ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Direct Items, when user modifies the Description on the created Purchase requisition (even if the PR was not yet approved) in I-Proc a new extra record (duplicate) will be created for the Direct item in Material Requirements region of Work Order Page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the existing record is modified and no extra requirement is created
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WO with direct item
2. Release WO > PR is created
3. PR approver is changing the Item Description > a new record gets created in WO Material Requirement
