Symptoms
When attempting to receive Purchase Order through Mobile Device, the following error occurs.

|Create PO interface record failed. |Tolerance exceeded.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO, receive it partially through Mobile Device and again receive rest quantity through Mobile Device only and check it either system allow or not.
