Owner Account Does Not Get Populated In IB When Instance Is Returned From Customer (Doc ID 1486765.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Depot Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an item instance is returned from customer, owner party changes to Internal party name, but the owner account number remains null

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that Internal party name and account number to be updated correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SR / Repair order from Depot repair module for Exchange repair type.
2. Receive customer returned product.
3. Owner part changes to Internal party (Natus Medical), but owner account remains Null

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, ownership change does not sync back to Siebel, since owner account is null in IB.
