Symptoms
When attempting to upload a UTF-8 XML file to OTM 6.2. The error -> org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog occurs.
The XML is encoded in UTF-8 & contains 3 bytes of BOM (Byte Order Mark) header in the file.
