Symptoms
When an Order Release is planned on to a Shipment, there is a discrepancy in the Total Package Count of the OR and Shipment
Example:
Case 1 ->OR Total Package Count of 57 & Shipment Total Package Count of 56
Case 2 ->OR has a Total Package Count of 1 and the corresponding shipment has the Total Package Count of 2
