Goal
When creating a blanket agreement (say 40000 EA) and a release (with say 10000 EA) and a receipt is entered within the tolerance (say 11000 EA).
The field "quantity released" in the blanket agreement is not updated.
(it shows 10000 instead of 11000).
This is necessary so that buyers can know the remaining amount of a blanket agreement without having to call the inventory department after every receipt.
