Symptoms

When attempting to validate an invoice,
the following error occurs.

APP-JL-62124: Please enter a value for Payment Location globalization flexfield
under Payables Options window.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Invoices -> Enter -> Invoices
3. Create an invoice and save.
4. Validate the invoice.

Note:
APP-JL-62124: Please enter a value for Payment Location globalization flexfield
under Payables Options window.

It's necessary to close the form to stop getting the error.
