Expense PO Receipt Fails With rvtptcontrol failed: RVTTH-445 Error (Doc ID 1486962.1)

Symptoms

Expense Purchase Order (PO) Receipt fails with:

rvtptcontrol failed
RVTTH-445: Subroutine Txn Success. returned error
Cause: Subroutine Txn Success. returned an internal error


Trace file shows the following errors:

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
po.plsql.po_message_s.po_uom_conversion.070.EXCEPTION
