Transactions Workbench: Transactions (ARXTWMAI) Form Locks When Two Users Query Same Invoice - Could not reserve record. Keep Trying? (Doc ID 1486982.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to query a transaction at the same time as another user and receive the following error:

Could not reserve record [2 tries], Keep Trying?

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions

User 1: In the Search Criteria Enters the Customer Name and selects find.  The system lists all the Invoices.
User 2: Enter the Same Invoice in the find criteria, he keeps getting the message.

NOTE:  User 1 has not even opened any Invoices.  The Screen that lists all the Invoices is the only thing that is displayed.
