This MOS document highlights some of the behavior differences that customers have noted when moving from Release 11i to Release 12.  For each difference, we explain how and why, “you used to do it like this, now you do it like that.”  Note, this document is meant to supplement, not to replace, the following documents that detail the key functional changes between Release 11i and Release 12:
