Delete Item Gives Error "Item Still Exists in Child Organization" (Doc ID 1487181.1)

Symptoms

Delete item information end with error.
When press Check Group, get status check ok.
When press Delete Group, get status error.
Error message say: Item still exists in child organizations.
Request BMCDEL module: Delete Item Information, finished with error.

If run with profile option MRP:Debug yes, in requestlog have error:
exec_delete 5 ORA-01732: data manipulation operation not legal on this view


Steps:
1. Create delete group for item.
2. Add item and run Check group.
3. Run Delete group
