Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version:

Package
PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING POXENC2B.pls version 120.39.12000000.28 is invalid after patching causing Requisition to fail with 'Check Funds failed. Contact Purchasing Administrator if necessary' in iProcurement.

Compilation error shows:
4163/4 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
4187/13 PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
