On : 12.1.3 version, Setup
When finishing Objective Setting in Performance Management System
the following error occurs.
ERROR

No person is associated with Self service users record that you are trying to update. Contact system administrator to assign relevant person to the user in user's window
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global HRMS Super HRMS Manager
2. Employee Self-Service
3. Performance Management
4. Finish Objective Setting
5. Error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is no way to finish objectives.
