Error Occurs When Choosing “Configuration History” Option (Doc ID 1487705.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, ENV

When attempting to choose the “Configuration History” option from the List of values in the View field and press the Go button, the following error occurs.
However, if you use the below navigation to open the Configuration History you do not receive an error.
Responsibility: Maintenance Super User (Oracle seed responsibility, same error as below)
- Navigation: Home > Select appropriate organization > Go > Click on the Assets Tab
- Enter asset number in the Asset Number field
- Click on the Go button
- Rather than clicking on the hyperlink beneath the Asset Number column to open the Asset Details screen, choose the “Configuration History” option from the List of values in the View field and press the Go button
- You are now able to open the Configuration History page without receiving an error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance User
2. Home > Select appropriate organization
3. Click Go
4. Click on the Assets Tab
5. Enter asset number in the Asset Number field
6. Click on the Go button
7. Click on the hyperlink beneath the Asset Number column to open the Asset Details screen
8. If you now try to choose the “Configuration History” option from the List of values in the View field and press the Go button, you will receive the above error
