Symptoms

After applying the SEPA Related Patches, when you access menu Tools -> AR_SEPA_DEBIT_AUTHORIZATION, the following errors are raised:

at oracle.apps.ar.sepa.directdebit.webui.ArSepaMandateCreateCO.processRequest(ArSepaMandateCreateCO.java:114)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:587)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanContainerHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanContainerHelper.java:247)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageLayoutHelper.processRequest(OAPageLayoutHelper.java:1136)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.layout.OAPageLayoutBean.processRequest(OAPageLayoutBean.java:1569)

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Super User
Navigation: Customers > Customers

  1. Query the customer
  2. Addresses -> Open
  3. Bill To -> Navigate to Bank Accounts Tab
  4. Tools -> AR_SEPA_DEBIT_AUTHORIZATION

    The error is raised.
