There are some collections menus, under the Receivables Manager responsibility, that are no longer available after upgrade to Release 12.
There are only three menus available.
Four (4) of the old menus can still be accessed: Customer Calls, Customer Accounts, Account Details and Correspondence.
The Account Details menu is missing: Calls, Dunning History and Dispute History
How can the items be added back to the standard Receivables responsibility?
