Shipment transaction(CSISOSHP) has following error in IB transaction Processing error
The error popped up after patch 13089430 was applied.

ERROR

"The Inventory Item (XXXX) doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (YYY) provided".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete WIP Assembly item (inventory_item_id=XXX) in Mfg Orgid ZZZZ
2. Internal shipment to Sales Orgid YYY
3. SO Issue from Sales Orgid YYY to customer
4. See error with component inventory_item_id= XXX doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (YYY) provided

ZZZZ- manufacturing org (CBAS)
YYY- sales org (CAM)

Assbly itemid XXX was assigned to both Orgs ZZZZ, and YYY
BUT component itemid XXXXX only assigned to Mfg Org ZZZZ
