ORA-04030 Out Of Process Memory When Processing Move Transactions

Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Transactions
When attempting to process several move transactions, the user sessions crash.
Users have to reconnect after each crash.
The following error occurs in the db alert log
ERROR
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1244212 bytes (joxp heap,f:OldSpace)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Work In Process Responsibility.
2. Nav: Move Transactions > Move Transactions.
3. "Choose Job #"> TAB > Choose SEQ#, Choose "Queue TO", Choose Quantity# > SAVE.
4. The aforementioned error is seen.
