EBusiness Gets Error After Logging In Unless Restarted Each Morning.

Currently the system (R12.1.3) needs to be cycled each morning otherwise we get the error:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance"

Once it is restarted the menu loads normally. When shutting down using adstpall.sh the adoafmctl.sh & adformsctl.sh get the error:

"ERROR : Timed out( 100000 ): Interrupted Exception"

This is quite the issue for the customer, please advise as what is needed to troubleshoot.
