Queued Email Count On Home Tab Does Not Get Updated When A Message Is Requeued (Doc ID 1489726.1)

Symptoms


When an email is requeued from an Agent's Inbox, the queued messages count on the Home tab does not get updated to reflect that the email is back in the queue.  When the message count hyperlink is selected, the re-queued email does however display in the list of queued emails.
