Transfer Request Attachment is Not Visible

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When creating a Transfer request in iAssets and adding an attachement , the file cannot be viewed from iAssets Manager responsibility. Likewise, the approver nor the manager can view.
Steps to reproduce
1) Go to iAssets User
2) Start creating a transfer request
3) Select asset to transfer
4) Add attachment and finish transfer request
5) Go to iAssets Manager and review the request
6) Attachment cannot be found
