Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Transactions Related

When attempting to use the Limits only path for Credit Memo (CM) approval with

AME workflow (ARAMECM) the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-20001: Oracle Approvals Management has found parallelization configuration details.

The context in which ame_api has been invoked does not support parallelization


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Dispute in iReceivables
Collector approves
Workflow Transitions to Find Limits Only Approver
