ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internal Server Error when applying for particular Leaves

Saving absence records in the Professional User Interface (PUI) results in "Internal Server Error" when applying for a leave. The details of the error are as below:

'The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, xxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.'

Entering an absence through Employee Self Service results in the session hanging upon save.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Absence record is saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Employee Self-Service -> Create absence -> select Absence Details -> Click calculate duration -> Click on Next button -> Application hangs

Core Forms -> People Enter and Maintain -> Employee record -> Absences -> Enter absence details -> Cick on Save -> Application hangs and we get the below error after some time
