Deposits API (ar_deposit_api_pub.create_deposit()) Not Calling JG/JL Package to Format RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL.TRX_NUMBER for Argentina (Doc ID 1490293.1)

Deposits API (ar_deposit_api_pub.create_deposit()) is not calling JG/JL package to format ra_customer_trx_all.trx_number for Argentina.

Once tje transaction is created, using the API if we go to Transactions form, click on Incomplete button and then click on Complete.  The transaction number gets formatted according to Argentine requirements (1 character letter - 4 digit branch number - 8 digit number).
